Fluid Film wax anti-rust treatment is usually completed within 1 day. For larger vehicles or machinery, the process may take 2 or more days.
The wax is safe and suitable for application on both new vehicles and those with existing rust.
We recommend washing the underside of the vehicle every 1–2 years, performing a visual inspection, and reapplying wax to any areas where needed.
We advise renewing the chassis wax protection every 6–7 years, and cavity protection approximately every 15 years.
Your car is protected from rust for many years!

Washing and cleaning
The underside of the car is repeatedly cleaned with steam, which helps remove all mud, oil, and dirt. We also clean all removed protective covers and plastic parts.
The car is then cleaned and dried using air. If necessary, rust is also removed using mechanical methods such as wire brushes, needle scalers, etc. We also offer removal of small rust spots on the body using a rust converter that does not affect the car’s paint.

Fenders, skid plates, guards and other plastic protective parts are dismantled from the car floor. If necessary, bumpers and bumpers are also removed to get to where they are needed for processing.
Car preparation
Treatment of internal cavities
We carry out thorough treatment of the car’s internal cavities, sills, and wheel arch pockets—areas where corrosion most commonly begins.
The treatment is performed in two stages:
In the first stage, we use Liquid A, a fluid wax with excellent spreading and penetrating properties. Using specially adapted tubes, the material is injected deep into cavities and hard-to-reach areas, ensuring full coverage.
In the second stage, we apply a thick protective wax, AR, which forms a durable protective layer in areas where enhanced protection is required.
This two-layer system provides long-lasting protection against rust for up to 10–15 years, effectively preventing corrosion and extending the lifespan of the vehicle.

Fluid Film application – Using professional equipment, Fluid Film NAS wax (transparent or black—your choice) is applied to the frame, chassis, suspension components, sills, and other metal surfaces. It effectively coats and protects the vehicle from moisture and corrosion for at least 6–7 years.
Anti-rust treatment
Vehicle preparation before delivery to the customer
After the treatment is completed, we carry out thorough preparation of the vehicle for use and handover to the customer.
We reinstall all removed parts, restoring the vehicle to its original configuration.
We clean the windows, brake discs, and other surfaces.
We perform light care of the bodywork and plastic elements.
We apply a light protective wax layer to plastic parts to enhance their appearance and reduce dirt adhesion.
Vehicle assembly

After the anti-corrosion treatment, the vehicle is carefully inspected to ensure even material coverage and maximum protection across all treated areas.
Additionally, all drainage channels in the doors, trunk, and hood are treated, as well as metal surfaces in the engine bay when necessary.
